For me it was perfect for my needs.
I Maglite reduced to the door of my car. Two clips, light reflects sometimes when I closed the door hard. I bought a second set of clips, adding third clip to my phone at 5. Will not want to leave without adding a third clip. When I look fast, even comes with a firm tug. It is nice to have Maglight, where you can come quickly.
They are very limited. Hangs vertically and use flashlights to clip a flashlight. It's very safe.
